How Hoodgram works.

Launching a coin, the curve, where the fee goes, how GRAM reaches Telegram, and the open data feed anyone can build on.

Overview

Hoodgram is a launchpad on Robinhood Chain. When you launch a coin you name a Telegram @username. Every buy and sell of that coin pays a 2% fee, and 1.5% of every trade goes to that person as GRAM, Telegram's own currency, straight into the wallet built into their Telegram app.

They don't need to sign up or do anything. You can make a coin for a friend, a creator or anyone you rate, and for as long as people trade it, they get paid every 15 minutes.

Launching a coin

  1. Connect a wallet on the launch page. Hoodgram switches it to Robinhood Chain for you.
  2. Add a name, ticker, image and description, and the Telegram @username to pay. Socials are optional.
  3. Pick an optional first buy. It goes through in the same transaction as the launch, so nobody can buy ahead of you.
  4. Sign once. The coin, its trading pool and its fee settings are created together and it can be traded straight away.

What you get

  • A standard token with a supply of 1,000,000,000. There's no team allocation, owner, mint function, blacklist or transfer tax.
  • All of the supply sits on the bonding curve. You only hold what you buy.
  • The @username can't be changed after launch, so nobody can redirect the fees.
  • There's no launch fee. You pay network gas, well under a cent, and any first buy.

Anti-snipe

For the first 30 seconds the trading fee starts at 50% and falls steadily to 2%. Bots that buy in the opening block pay heavily for it. Your own first buy is exempt.

The bonding curve

Each coin trades in its own Uniswap V4 pool on Robinhood Chain. The pool's liquidity is laid out as a curve: the price starts at a market cap of about $4,000 and rises as people buy.

Market cap rangeShare of supply
$4k to $60k45%
$60k to $1M35%
$1M and up20%

Because the curve lives inside a normal Uniswap pool, the coin can be traded on Uniswap, GMGN, DexScreener and any app that supports Robinhood Chain from its first second. There's no migration step and nothing can be pulled: the liquidity stays in the pool forever.

The progress bar on each coin shows its market cap against $60k. Past that point the coin is marked graduated. Trading carries on in the same pool and the 2% fee keeps paying.

Fees

Every buy and every sell pays 2%. It's split three ways:

1.5%to the coin's @username, as GRAM on Telegram
0.2%buys back our token and burns it
0.3%platform: the launch protocol, bridging, gas and servers

The fee is taken by the pool on the side of the trade you receive: on a buy it comes out of the coins you get, on a sell out of the ETH you get. Quotes in any wallet or app already include it.

GRAM sends

Fees go out in rounds every 15 minutes, on the hour and at quarter past, half past and quarter to (UTC). Each round:

  1. Collects the 1.5% creator share from every coin.
  2. Adds up what each @username is owed across all the coins paying them.
  3. Converts it from ETH on Robinhood Chain to GRAM on TON and sends it to their Telegram wallet.

Amounts under 1 GRAM roll over to the next round. If the person hasn't opened their Telegram wallet yet, their GRAM waits for them and is sent in the first round after it's ready.

You can watch every round live on the Stream page, and see what any username has earned on Earnings. Transaction IDs for each send are coming soon.

Contracts

Coins are created through Doppler, an open launch protocol built on Uniswap V4. Robinhood Chain, chain id 4663.

ContractAddress

To trade a coin directly, use any Uniswap V4 router. With Robinhood Chain's Universal Router, send one V4_SWAP command holding SWAP_EXACT_IN_SINGLE, SETTLE and TAKE_ALL. Robinhood's router expects the swap tuple with a minHopPriceX36 field.

Data API

Everything on this site comes from two public JSON files. Read them from your own site, bot or dashboard, no key needed.

If you want an API key, send us a direct message on X. All support is through X direct messages.

explore.json holds everything: totals, every coin, payouts, buybacks, activity and send rounds. activity.json is the small, fast one with just recent trades and rounds. Until launches open, data/demo.json has the same shape with sample data.

Times are Unix seconds (UTC). ETH and GRAM amounts are decimal numbers. Please poll no faster than the refresh times above.

const d = await fetch('https://hoodgram.io/data/activity.json', { cache: 'no-store' })
  .then(r => r.json());

for (const a of d.activity.filter(a => a.type === 'buy').slice(0, 5))
  console.log(`${a.wallet} bought ${a.eth} ETH of $${a.symbol}`);

  • Memecoins are high risk. Prices can go to zero, and nothing on this site is financial advice.
  • Hoodgram is independent. It isn't affiliated with Robinhood Markets, Inc., Telegram FZ-LLC or Uniswap Labs.
  • A coin named after someone isn't endorsed by them unless they say so.
